Booking a course constitutes an agreement between the student and Take Better Pictures.
Course places are not confirmed until an an booking acknowledgement is sent by Take Better Pictures. The place(s) is then reserved for a period of up to 7 days pending payment. If payment is not made within 7 days of the booking ackowledgement then the place cannot be guaranteed and may be assigned to another student.
A full refund of the course fee will be provided for cancellations received greater than 14 days before a course. Requests to change course received greater than 14 days before a course will also actioned at no charge. Cancellations or changes received 14 days or fewer but greater than 7 days before a course will result in the refund of 50% of the course fee. No refund will be made for cancellations or changes made 7 days or fewer before a course.
In the event of Take Better Pictures having to cancel a course then enrolled students will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another course.
